Food creations by Chef Doug Smith at Wine & Whiskey with Wildlife May 4th 2019 – 4:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. Chef Doug , of The Bourbon Cellar , will be creating individual serving stations featuring a fish dish , a beef dish , a vegetarian/vegan dishes, as well as other tidbits for your tastebuds and exquisite dessert creations . In addition, local and national wines will be available on-site from our Sommelier who once worked with Mark Tarbell, so you will always have the right wine pairing!
